Kevin is a performance driven Sales and Business leader with a successful 25 year track record of building high performing sales teams for the technology sector. He has held senior positions in public and privately held companies and has consistently proved his ability to recruit, train and develop highly productive sales teams while inspiring others to higher levels of performance.

Kevin gained his foundational sales experience at Yellow Pages before moving into the technology sector and has subsequently built high performance sales teams for leading software vendors such as Blue Coat Systems, SonicWall and Symantec.

Searchmetrics is the German vendor of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Social software for Enterprises for whom he established a highly successful UK sales and marketing presence. As the founding UK Country Manager Kevin personally recruited 5 team members for sales, marketing, business development and pre-sales technical roles.

Blue Coat Systems - the leading vendor of secure web gateway solutions. Kevin was recruited to provide leadership for the UK enterprise sales team and also took personal responsibility for international sales management (South Africa, Ireland and Israel). All of these geographies saw record growth during his tenure despite the challenges of leading a growing team and having my own personal quota.

Webwasher was a small but highly innovative German manufacturer of internet filtering software. Kevin established the UK subsidiary and business from scratch and recruited the first UK sales team (including systems engineering and channel sales) whilst managing a strategic alliance with Netapp which became the platform for a highly successful sales campaign into large enterprise accounts.
